I honestly can't tell- slight TMI

Okay, so my SO and I had sex this morning, and while that was.. going on, I felt an uncomfortable pressure on my cervix (definitely not lightning crotch, as I'm pretty sure it was his fault). Anyway, so that happened and when I went to the bathroom later it felt sort of like I peed but there was not a whole lot of liquid, and I know I didn't pee myself but was it my water leaking perhaps? I'm 36+4 and again, tmi but I generally have white-ish kind of thick CM but today it's watery (and not sticky so I'm pretty sure it isn't semen but I seriously have no idea). My back and hips have been cramping but it isn't timeable. Could this be the onset of labor? I called my OB and they told me not to come in until my scheduled appointment on Friday unless 'things get worse' my back pain was so bad earlier I almost dropped to the floor.
