Angry because other women get pregnant

So I recently found out my sister in law is pregnant with her 6th child (she abandoned 4 of them and has one with my brother) she just had a baby 6 months Ago, she did drugs the whole time she was pregnant and is still doing them now. Me and my husband have been trying for our 2nd child for a year now. I am so angry because she is pregnant!! Like seriously want to punch her. Is it wrong of me to feel such hate towards her ? I am a really good mom! Never drink, smoke do drugs etc... and she just keeps getting blessed with these babies and just gives them away 😩😩
