Okay I just need someone to tell me it's going to be okay

Okay according to nurture I'm 7 weeks today but I have not been to a doctor yet because I'm still waiting on Medicaid to to approve me. If not the doctor is charging $900 first visit. This is my first baby so I'm just anxious to find out what's going on inside me and to find out if my baby is okay and if I'm doing to right things. Mainly to find out exactly just how far along I really am.
