Urg 😫

So basically I'm 31+6 with baby number two, my first one was a boy and I was excited about giving birth and everything not a tiny bit of worry! I'm fortunately I had to have an emergency c-section! This time I've struggled with piles (that bleed) and non-stop yeast infections .. so basically I have a cream for my bum and a cream for my foff!! How on earth am I suppose to give birth vaginally with all of this going on!!! HELPPPPPPP I'm petrified 😩😫😩😫
