HCG levels and opk

My mc started on Friday, sept 1 and was confirmed on Tuesday, sept 5. I have been having my hcg levels checked weekly since then. On Wednesday, sept 13 my level was 11. Is it possible for opk to still show positive with such a low hcg level? I had a positive opk on monday, sept 11.
