late period no signs of pregnancy

Hi guys, it's my first cycle with femara, 3 days late , no signs of AF and no signs of pregnancy except chest pain since 2 days ago, is it possible that I'm pregnant with no signs? I had a negative test 5 days before my period my Dr wants me to take the test on cycle 35 days.
