20 weeks and stumped!
So I workout daily and switch it up between cardio and strength training and now I'm having difficulty doing certain workouts like my body just can't bend that way anymore. I thought you were suppose to be more flexible in pregnancy lol I'm feeling like my thighs are losing their tone and getting flabby I've been doing lunges and squats does anyone have any other suggestion besides those? I can't do mountain climbers anymore or planks they bother my sciatic
