Is it possible to overfeed a newborn?
I'm breastfeeding and my newborn son eats every 30 minutes to an hour and if I'm lucky an hour and a half? Also I feel like he stay attached to by boob for a good amount of time. The least being 10 minutes with one breast (I try to offer him the other but he'll refuse to open his mouth)?and the most being like 45 minutes to an hour all together with both breasts. I was just wondering if I'm mis-signaling his cries for wanting to be fed? He gives all the signs of wanting to eat such as sucking the air or his hands. Also he wants to eat after every diaper change. Is that just him comfort eating?
