Am I being over dramatic and too emotional?

This is my very first pregnancy. I have been dreaming of this moment forever now but now that this moment has come, I am feeling more awkward and alone than ever. My baby father already has 2 very young children! It just feels like this is no big deal to him. I am baby crazy, cant stop thinking about the baby, talking about the baby, dreaming about the baby, everything in my mind is baby baby baby. He rarely ever brings the baby up, I try to carry on conversation about the baby like what names he likes or nursery decoration ideas, and barely responds. He tells me things like, theres still lots of time to think about all that stuff. It all just feels like its nothing to him, been there done that

Often men don't get as excited as us in the early stages of pregnancy. Some men even get pretty scared/nervous. And, not sure about your guy, but some men take things in stride without showing much emotion about it all until much later in the process (possibly even at birth).

How far along are you? My husband refuses to get excited. It's very annoying. With my first he was the same way,  but as my bump grew he started making a few cute comments here and there that I hung onto with all of my night 😂🤣. With my second I am a little saddened because he is acting the same way, but it doesn't bother me as much. I feel ya! My hubby didn't even have kids and he would tell me "I'll be more excited when the baby is here" and I would get so depressed. Hahah but ya fine most men are dumb

My fiancé is the same way. With my first he wasn't happy at all that we were expecting so it took months for him to bring it up and I didn't say anything so that he could adjust on his own terms. As my stomach grew he got more involved and then at the end was begging me to go into labor cuz he was just tired of waiting lol. this pregnancy is the same as far as him talking about it. He tends to forget that I'm pregnant lol but now that my belly is bigger he brings it up a good bit and will rub it and talk to baby girl. Now if we could only agree on a name 😂

How far along are you?? If you're early on, it may not feel real to him yet, he probably just has his hands full with his kids now. If you're pretty far along and he's still being evasive, that sounds like a problem.
