Orgasm or nah?

So my boyfriend & I have sex at least once a day for the most part & have for over a year. I love having sex but I don't know if I've ever actually had an orgasm.

I'm not even sure I know what that would feel like?

Sex is pleasurable & ive squirted from being given oral, my needs are never neglected & there are moments that are very passionate & i feel like something is building but nothing ever happens. It always just feels like it's building! I shake sometimes during sex because it feels good.

But I'm just not convinced I've had an orgasm. Everything I've ever read said that you will know when you have one, and that makes me feel like maybe I just haven't?
