Can anyone tell me if they've had SEVERE cramping during week 5 ? 🙁

Can anyone tell me if they've had SEVERE cramping before week 6 but no bleeding. Also , finding out there's some placenta seperation AND a newly discovered yeast infection ( first one in my lifetime) . I'm having so many problems and so much pain!!

I had extreme cramps around the last week of August.. it was one week before my due period so I thought I was having pms cramps...then the week my period was supposed to stop the cramps were still extreme and my boobs still hurt like hell. That’s when I took a pregnancy test on the 1st of September of got a BFP.. now the cramps are gone and I’m 6 weeks 6 days

No cramps but my stomach hurts bad. I think it's cuz I'm eating all the wrong foods

From week 4 (when I found out) until maybe week 7 I had pretty severe almost period cramps feeling. I no longer have cramps and I'm at week 12 tomorrow
