When should I test

So I lost my last little angel at 6 weeks I tested positive at 3 weeks very odd but as doctor said it had to have walking in the door lol... we have been trying for two months and trying not to get to excited but my breast are super sore and been very nauseated for instance broccoli last night I about threw up even trying to eat it had to spot out then tonight hubby made fajitas between the raw chicken smell and onions I was super nauseous when is best to test I don't want to do to early and get my hopes up like i did for our Angel baby
