HCG DROPS?

has anyone tried the Hcg drops to keep a stocky baby or to conceive . I've had positive hpt since the 9th , went to er urine and blood negative. This is the longest my test started getting darker since TTC. Any success stories ? or what did you do to keep a sticky baby ?
