Taking the pill for the first time

I'm starting the levon pill for the first time, and my period begins this Sunday, so which one do I take? The placebo pill? Or the actual pill?

I am confused haha!

Do I start the pack on the upper left side? Where the Sunday shows a red colour on the packaging?

This is what the back looks like.

The Saturday and Sunday pills aren't sugar pills because they stop your period, so if my period comes on this Saturday or Sunday, do I take the red Saturday or Sunday?
