Ultrasound tech unable to clearly see spine because of baby position

Wondering if anyone has experienced the US tech not being able to see spine of baby and if so what was the outcome? I'm 37 weeks and this is my last US and she said the same thing last time at 25 weeks 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️I'm already scared, excited and every emotion you could think of! I'm not anywhere near pushing but baby is head down should she have been able to see everything by now?
