Anybody???!

Question

Does anyone else experience body pain with PCOS. Some days are worse than others and some days I'm completely fine... 
love to hear yalls experiences

I have lots of pain but hard to tell what's pcos what's age and what's from driving a semi for 12 years,   that kind of wear and tear is horrid.   I do have lots of muscle pain and I'm on a muscle relaxer every day.   mind you I'm 240, 41 yo and lived I  a giant vibrating vehicle that's known for back issues,  hip and joint tears and all.

I have odd cramping not associated with anything... it lasts for all of 30 seconds. Almost like period cramps, but no period (and I'm not pregnant 😔) 
Also have joint pain but I was very competitive horse back rider when I was younger and have a lot of wear and tear on my body... so idk if that's pain associated with PCOS or not 🤷‍♀️

I get joint pain, staying active/working out helps relieve the pain
