Antibiotics & TTC

Hey everyone! It's my first time posting a question here. I started taking antibiotics about 10 days ago (9/5/17) for an h. pylori infection. I'm on a 14 day regimen so I'm currently still on them. Af was due to visit this Tuesday (9/12/17.) I have uterine fibroids which always cause me extremely heavy flow as well as painful cramps. However, I have only been spotting a pink/orange color when I wipe. Not even enough to get on a pad. I've been wearing pads since Tuesday and they have all been clean. I am having cramps like a period so I keep getting paranoid and thinking its gonna get heavy all of a sudden. The spotting stopped today for about 8 hrs and then started again before bed time. I'm wondering if the antibiotics are affecting my cycle? Technically I'm 4days late and I'm going crazy. I have always had ridiculously normal menstrual cycles. Ive also taken these antibiotics once before for the same infection and didn't have this happen. We've been TTC for almost 5 years so I don't want to test because I'm scared of being disappointed. I don't feel different. I'm actually getting all the symptoms I would normally get with my regular cycle. Sore boobs, tired and bloated. Has anyone had this happen before? Any advice?
