Husband experiencing symptoms?

Ok so when mum was carrying me she had no symptoms but my dad had plenty. I am 6dpo and swear I felt a pinch and had some implantation symptoms which have now stopped. When I got home this afternoon my hubby turned to me and said your pregnant. (I tested today as I am not patient) but he didn't know that. When I asked him why he turns to me and says because I am having the weirdest cravings and his nauseous. Has anyone else had this ? Trying not to get my hopes up but curious.
