Son keeps peeing up his back?

My newborn son keeps peeing up his back and it only ever happens when I put clothes on him. How is his going up his back? Any advice on how to make this stop happening?

Make sure you point his penis down! I had this problem with my newborn boy and found that it hasn't happened since I started doing that.

What brand of diapers do you use?

Make sure you are using the right sized diaper and the diaper is up high enough on his back. The front of the diaper should go across right below the belly button and the back of the diaper should line up as being right above the diaper. At least thats what works for us! Hope this helps.
