Sick and pregnant

So I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been sick since Tuesday with what I think is a cold: sore throat, cough, aches, exhaustion, but no fever. I called my doc office today because I'm still not feeling better and I'd rather be safe than sorry. I still have not heard back, and I'm wondering if I should just go to urgent care or ride it out. Not sure if I'm being too paranoid or if it's just best to get checked out. Baby has been moving non stop, and I've just been taking Tylenol as needed, robitussin for cough, and throat lozenges. Any feedback is helpful.
