Essential Oils during pregnancy?

Question

Do any of you ladies use essentials oils to help with pregnancy symptoms? Particularly with nausea/morning sickness? Do you diffuse or mix with a carrier oil and apply topically? Please tell me what you've done and how it's helped! Thanks so much in advance!

I've read many different theories on EO's during pregnancy. There are some that you should avoid all together and some that are best skipped during specific trimesters. 
  I googled it and also looked on Pinterest for suggestions. I've been using breathe and lavender pretty regularly (I'm in the first trimester). I normally inhale or apply topically for breathe and lavender I inhale or add a few drops to a warm bath.

No. Because their is no scientific evidence that they actually work. I stick to real medicine.
