I'm only 14w 3d pregnant so I don't have a big belly or anything, I'm a tiny enough person not perfectly in shape but close too it, and I've got intense painful lower back pains? Never felt anything like it before, it starter a few weeks ago, I feel it most when I lay down for a bit then try sitting up sometimes it's so bad I can't even get up without my boyfriend helping me and I have to hunch over to go down the stairs sometimes too because it hurts too much to stand straight! Anyone have any ideas or experienced anything like this? I have an appointment at the doctors soon anyways so I'll ask when I'm there too. It's just driving me crazy
