I need help again!

First, I already tried to call the doctor multiple times, & the line was busy.

Second, this is my first pregnancy, so I have a lot of questions.

Okay. I am 37 weeks & one day today. At my appointment on Monday, the doctor checked & told me I'm 3cm dilated. Which of course freaked me out, lol. After that though, my vagina was sore up until last night. Sore like I had just lost my virginity. I pretty much just figured it's because my husband & I haven't had sex recently due to it being almost impossible to find a good position. But it hurt to walk for 4 days. It doesn't hurt anymore. But yesterday morning, I'm pretty sure I lost part of my mucus plug. I'll post a picture below. I have yet to have any contractions. My husband & best friend also think I look like I've dropped, but I'm not sure if I see that. I'll also post a picture of that. & now for the past hour, I've had a pretty bad stomach ache. I went to eat something, & all of a sudden I felt like I had to poop. So I did. It was soft, not diarrhea or anything, but not hard to push out. While I was pushing it out though, I got really nauseous & dizzy. & it only kind of helped my stomach ache, but not much. So now I'm laying here with a stomach ache & I'm worrying of course. & just my luck, my husband is at drill for the army for the weekend. I can still feel my baby moving a lot. Just wondering what you guys think. & don't worry, I'll keep trying the doctor.
