Twin movement, very worried!!!

I'm 23 weeks and 5 days today with twin girls and I've only felt one baby move a few times a couple hours ago within like 2 minutes. Other than that I haven't felt anything! I also look like I have lost weight and my stomach isn't as hard it's very weird I don't look as pregnant I just look fat and I'm not the only one to notice. My fiancé got worried and got out our Doppler and found one heartbeat maybe two we can't be sure but it still worries me that something else could be wrong. Is it too early to worry about movement? Has anyone else had this happen?
