I am having my first outbreak and I'm taking the antivirals for it and thankfully it's slowly healing. But I wanted to know how often I should be cleaning the area. I've been washing with unscented soap three times a day and using witch hazel after each wash to dry them out and heal the lesions faster. I'm almost through with the antivirals and the inner lesions and cuts are still there in my inner labia. I just want to know if I'm doing anything wrong..?
