Unattractive

Quick question, first I'm not pregnant(that I know of) does pregnancy cause you to loose attraction for your partner? Nothing's wrong , it's just his quirks (make me laugh) but irritate and turn me off, normally I'm an energizer bunny, but recently but today I didn't even want to kiss him. So now I'm sitting her praying silently why, he has made me more happy than anyone in my life, but for some reason right now I can't stand hm. HELP!
