I have a stupid curios question?

I had an early ultrasound last week. They only could see a sac but I saw what seemed to be another sac I little higher up but she never said anything? Has anyone ever had an ultrasound that looked like this and ended up with twins? Twins do run in my family but skipped my mom (had 6 kids no twins). I have 2 kiddos and am a little overweight (I read heavier people have a bigger chance of having twins) . No nausea but extremely tired all the time! I did not get an ultrasound of my picture so I found one that looks similar to what I saw. Only difference was one was a little higher and the other one
