Cycle day 140

Idk what to do. I'm pretty fed up. I can't go to a specialist as I'm not a citizen. If I'm honest with myself I'm happy I've not had AF since December 2014, but if I'm even more honest I know that it means something isn't right. I gave up doing bbt, checking for ovulation, stopped logging... just gave up trying. Decided I'd adopt instead. Still my plan for the future, but I've still not having a period. My face broke out about 2 weeks ago and I thought maybe I would have one. Still nothing. I'm just at a loss.
