birth control and pregnancy

i have taken birth control for the past month and a half. about a week ago i missed a pill but then doubled up the next day. the day after that i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, in which he pulled out. it has been over a week and i never missed a pill but accidentally doubled up again. I went to a party saturday and got drunk, threw up twice the other day, one in the early morning and one later at night. i had a headache all day and my stomach kinda hurt. now i am having little spotting like i did last time i was on the second week of my pack. do you think i am pregnant or just was experiencing a nice hangover and symptoms from doubling up on the pill?
