Home Insemination

My friend is going to help me , but i need advice on what to use , I'm a virgin so I'm not sure . But what kind of syringe should be used to insert the sperm? I would think one that just squirts in and not with a tube? I know she'll use a septurm or however you spell that to open up down there to get the sperm in. I'm scared because she doesn't know where to place the sperm! I'm worried she'll mess it up . How long should i stay still for after she does it ? How long to wait to test ? Etc . Please advice .
