I never had it been trying for it for so long.... love weightlifting....tried insanity P90X and others witch worked great for weight loss but as soon as it ended and I started doing my own workouts I gained it back. I'm trying Intermittent fasting at the moment lost like a pound so far. Second week on it. I'm 160.5 and about 5'5. It's so hard to find something that works for me. I've been weightlifting and doing some HIIT for a while maybe 5-6 months. I know I have to love the workouts to keep them going and I do love weightlifting. Maybe it's my diet but I must love the food too or I'm not going to stick with it... I may need to try to track macros but I get obsessive with stuff like that and I have a two year old so time is everything. I have my fitness pal witch I sometimes keep track of cals on. Thanks for reading my long rant. If anyone has any tips please share.

I was 146 when I first got pregnant I worked a lot in restaurant. ☝🏻 I was like 4 week preg lol

Now 160.5☝🏻maybe my mom tummy is here to stay 😫

Update❤️ no tiny waist for me anytime soon... thanks anyways everyone!! Will still be trying to stay in shape and eating healthier.
