gluten and dairy free...here we go again!!

the last time I went gluten and dairy free I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. After 2 months of exercising at least every other day including treadmill (which I started to become a runner) I stopped and fell off the bandwagon. Well, I can't stand this shit anymore. I'm going back on the diet. I'm feeling motivated and fit!!
