Birth control

So I just started birth control last night (the pill) and once I went to bed and I woke up i felt very bad stomach pains and they haven’t went away all day I asked my grandma if it was because of the birth control and she said no but I read an article saying that abdominal cramps can be a sign or pregnancy and im very scared because the day before I started birth control I had unprotected sex he didnt cum anywhere near my vaginal area he came on my stomach but then after he wiped his “thing” off he went back in. I’m very scared I’m pregnant any advice or tips
