Weird Symptoms Negative tests

So for the last 2 weeks I have had headaches all day every day. They are not caffeine headaches. And now the last 3-4 days I have been having pain in my lower back and in the left side of my abdomen, like a few inches below the rib cage. Today I felt like I was gonna puke for a good 6 hours. I have puked literally 3 times in my whole life.

I have no period symptoms but I'm on day 46 of my cycle and all my pregnancy tests have been normal.
