Walking
Has lots walking put any of you high risk mommies in preterm labor? Or any of you regular pregnancy moms in labor? If i walk for about 15 mins i get bad contractions and im wondering if i walk for longer if it will start my labor and put me into preterm. I get induced when im 36 weeks in currently 35 and my dr said to try and get things started by itself.
