Birth control !!
So I've been on the implant , pill an currently the ring but I took it out a couple hours ago. I've stopped all 3 due to constant spotting and yes I've gave them all time!! Can anyone recommend something without hormones and that's easy for me to use? Without getting pregnant. And no iuds.
