I just had a full-on meltdown, is it hormones?
I just had a full on meltdown over not understanding an example my linguistics textbook kept bringing up, could this be due to hormones since my period is supposed to start any time now?
The example frustrated me so bad I was crying and wanted to throw things and I ended up missing the whole point. but I still can't focus on what I'm meant to be learning because I'm so mad at the example.
I probably sound crazy.
