Breast milk stash

So I pumped a lot when I first had my little girl I was over supplying a lot. My freezer had over 200 ounces of breast milk. Key word HAD.... well when mrs irma decided to hit Florida we were without power for awhile (7 days😩) my milk went bad 😩 I normally only nurse my daughter but I now have to leave her for a few hours while I go take some test. I'm only pumping an ounce every session now and I can't seem to get my stash back up. I've tried drinks, I drink water, I've powered pump she nurses a lot also I've done the cookies and the bars I've taken the honest Lactation pills and the more milk plus and I can't pump enough even though I have a lot of milk still. So my question is what have other mothers done in this situation to rebuild a stash? Anything is appreciated right now.
