this pain normal??

Today I have had an awful pain in my right side :/ like sometimes it do t hurt as bad but then I move weird or something and it's super painful and it also hurts my side when I pee but it's not like a UTI pain 😓 I can't really reach for anything with my right arm cause it hurts my side also and also sitting straight up hurts..did my baby girl kick and bruise my kidney?? Or what ??
