So so confused. 😔😔😔😔 advice needed?

We are TTC for three months now. Last month I had a very short and lighter period but also had lots of pregnancy symptoms. This month even more pregnancy symptoms including nausea, headaches, back pain, fluttering etc I had yesterday some spotting what I thought was IB it came five days before AF was due, I took a test and I thought I seen vvvvfl but today I woke up and went to loo and wiped and this spotting just got a lot heavier (water in toilet had turned red) and a lot more on the tissue. I feel gutted!! Is there any chance I could be pregnant ? Has anyone had similar and still be pregnant? This is my test from yesterday
