Nasal bone? NT? Scared

Question

I will have that appointment in a few days. I'm scared to death. I worry a lot. First time pregnant with so many complications. This ultrasound was at 12.3 weeks. I feel I don't see the nasal bone. It is supposed to show the nasal tip, is there, nasal skin, is there, but under it I don't see the nasal bone. It is supposed to show like an equal sign =
Also that NT seems big. 
Seriously I'm sick to my stomach. I know some of you will say " wait" but is normal to worry.... please don't judge. Thanks in advance.

Please do not worry - the tech or doctor would have picked up and been concerned if there was reason for it. To ease your mind you can call the office and present your questions / concerns. Best of luck mama!

Don't worry baby looks great! Next scan just tell tech about your concern and ask her to double check it! Also they should have measured nuchal fold. If it's under 3 it's low risk for down syndrome. If you don't know what it measured at, you should be able to call your doc. They should tell you no problem

You can't see the nasal bone in all of my shots from my NT scan the sonographer zoomed in to show it to me and then zoomed back out. What was your NT measurement saying it looks big doesn't mean anything what did they say?

Don't worry! Sometimes the nasal bone shows later. But I do see something behind the skin though. Good luck!
