going crazy overs here

since ttc I have been hypersensitive to changes with my body. After going off the pill it was common for me to spot (brown) 2 days before my period. I am 6 dpo and there was cm on the paper when I wiped. it was like ewcm but with a pink tinge. I also had a small pain for about 30 seconds 2 hours before the pink arrived. I blew off the pain as I have had the sleeve surgery and sometimes it feels like that if I have had bubbles. but the two symptoms together are making me worried. any idea what's going on?
