Non-hormonal birth control....questions!?! Help please!
Hey, I've been trying to get away from hormonal birth control for a while now because it kills my libido and makes me fat etc. Has anyone used Paragard , also known as the non hormonal copper IUD?? I am using the ring now which I'm fine with but again I'm trying to get away from hormones.
With my bf we can't use condoms and my period isn't regular enough to try the calendar method. Can someone give some advice please!?!?
