Nexplanon Implant??

have any of you ladies had the Nexplanon implant? if so how long after you had it taken out did you finally get a period? i got mine taken out the 9th of September, my last period was during the last week of August. i just don't wanna instantly have a period in the middle of work or something and bleed everywhere. also, how long did it take you to get pregnant after getting it removed? the doctor who took mine out said i'd get pregnant instantly, so me and my boyfriend started using condoms, but a week or so ago, we had sex and we broke two of them by accident. i'm not sure how because they were brand spankin new too. they fit him fine as well. he also pulled out and while he was pulling out he started cumming, and it ended up showing that the condom (2nd one) was ripped. idk, he said that he was "99.9% sure" he pulled out just in time. i'm just currently freaking out, and this probably isn't the right group to be posting this in but i'm new to this app tbh. who knows, i'm probably freaking out for no reason at all. 😐
