Sleep paralysis

So i had sleep paralysis the other day it was the worst !!!!!!!!!!! It happened while iWas covered from head to toe under my covers. I swear i couldn't breath ! i thought i wAs going to die !!! And i also seen a black shadow besides me in my dream while it was happening as if it didnt want me to snap out of my dream or something it was so creepy . My man was sleeping besides me and i was trying to make noise or move but couldn't!
