Should I take an emergency contraceptive?

I had been off the patch for six days after my period 6/5-6/10 and I put the patch on early Saturday morning 6/16. That same day I had sex. He went in like twice but then put on a condom. I'm on my second day on the patch but I feel super nauseous, sore boobs and stomach pain. Could this be a cause of me basically starting birth control patch over again or pregnancy symptoms this early? Should I take the morning after pill to be safe?
