Strong BFP 8dpo

Due to our hectic work schedules, I know exactly when my husband and I conceived (I must have ovulated 4-5 days later than normal). It was the 10th of this month. I tested yesterday at 8dpo because something felt different. I was shocked to find a STRONG positive. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you have a singleton or multiple pregnancy? I'm kind of freaking out here. I even took two different tests to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
