So I am O Neg blood group and 28 weeks with my 2nd child, I'm not 100% sure if I received the injection with my first child as I was young and didn't have much of a clue but I assume I would have just gone with it and it would have been offered to me just the same as now. But my little boy was born with ONeg blood too so no complications would come from that.

This time around I'm a bit more cautious, I'm fully aware the injection is of blood products, not gonna lie this freaks me out. We have no idea what blood group my partner is. I have read that it doesn't actually protect your current pregnancy but any new ones you have in the future. I won't be having anymore children after this baby.

But I just need to understand a bit more about it and make a educated decision on weather or not to get it, anyone have experience with this? Stories please? 😊
