I've been exclusively bf my little boy for the first 7 weeks - he's 8 week now. Anyway the past week I've been mix feeding using both bottle and breast, formula and breast milk. Doing this has caused my supply to drop and as a result I was needing to give bubs formula after a breastfeed so finally made the decision to just stick with formula 🙁 I need advice on how to stop producing milk, it takes almost a day for my breasts so fill but I don't want to keep pumping to keep the production going but tried going cold turkey and it's just too painful! Has anyone got some good advice or their own stories of how they stopped breastfeeding?
