Dick boyfriend or emotional girlfriend.

So me and my s/o have lived together since January. We are expecting a baby in May. And we're both 21 y/o. He works 12hr swing shifts and I work 8hr shifts a few days a week. So we fight over who should do what in the household. I ALWAY do laundry(not folding) we live out of laundry baskets (don't judge😂) so I always make sure he head clean clothes. And on his days off before he goes on nights he'll clean ONE room really good. And he thinks that that's enough. He leaves his clothes in the kitchen (that's where he comes in at) and they don't move until I pick them up to wash them. I don't cook every night but when I do I do the dishes the next day. He's been cooking this will and hasn't done ANY of his dishes. He feels like I should do them. Also he's been eating in our room and just leaving his left overs.🙃 he does take the trash out for me every week. But it seems like if I ask him to do something he Dosent do it. Just bc I asked. We are on the verge of splitting up bc of this issue. But I don't feel like I should have to clean up after him. So my question is am I just being stupid, or is he being a dick??
